Terms & COnditions for booking of Baraat Ghar Jalandhar City

1. Booking of Baraat Ghar is likely to cancelled in case of emergency by giving 24 hours notice to the party concerned with the refund of whole amount of security deposit.

2. The party is liberty to cancel the booking of the Baraat Ghar by giving a week's notice to the Management committiee after deduction of 25% of rent & deposit shall also stand for feited in case of booking of Baraat Ghar is cancelled in less than a week time.

3. Any damage or loss caused to the building of Baraat Ghar during use and during the booking of Baraat Ghar in the name the party, shall be made good from the amount of security deposit.

4. The Party is responsibe for taking the electric connection himself from SSE(Elect)/ JUC Electricity use with in the premises of Baraat Ghar building, will be charged from the electricity meter reading already provided in the Baraat Ghar building. It is ensured that electric load shall not be increased from more than 10 KW. If so & the amount of ruppes 2000 as per penalty or cost of actual damage caused to electric installation whichever is higher shall be paid after function.

5. No addition / alteration allowed in the Baraat Ghar building.

6. Use of Alcoholic in the Baraat Ghar is strictly prohibited.

7. Booking of Baraat Ghar will be done strictly as per pass rules.

8. Payment should be done with in 24 hours of booking otherwise your booking will be treated as cancelled.

9. D J system and loudspeaker not allowed after 23:00 hours.
